- AI image creation (DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion)
- AI video generation (Veo3, HaiLuo, Luma Ray)
- Programming and development tools
- Voice and transcription services
3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree NOT to use our services for:

- Generating content that violates copyright

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you generate using our services, subject to the licenses of the AI models used.

Eaxy AI retains all rights to the platform, software, logos, and trademarks.
6. Plans and Payments
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
- Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
7. Limitation of Liability
Eaxy AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
