1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- The 7-day period begins on the date of your first successful payment.
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, not to subscription renewals.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until then.
- You can cancel from your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- After cancellation, your dedicated server instance will be deprovisioned within 30 days.
