Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

• The 7-day period begins on the date of your first successful payment.
• This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, not to subscription renewals.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until then.
• You can cancel from your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• After cancellation, your dedicated server instance will be deprovisioned within 30 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days of receipt.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
• Subscription renewals (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges).
